Are you fond of pooris? How about making some tasty rice pooris for a change? These are packed with the goodness of carbohydrates to provide energy.

Ingredients: 1.5 cups rice flour, 1.5 cups water, ½ teaspoon coriander powder, ½ teaspoon cumin powder, ½ teaspoon saunf, 1 pinch methi powder, 1 teaspoon oil for the dough, salt as required, oil for deep frying the pooris

Steps:

1.  Mix the spices and salt with the rice flour. Boil the water and add to the rice flour mixture. Stir and cover for 20 mins.

2.  Add 1 tsp oil and mix to form a dough. Rest for 20 min.

3.  Make puris from the dough and deep fry. Serve with sabzi.
