You can present a superb snack item in the form of Savoury Roasted Cauliflower. This dish can be prepared at home without much hassle. Cauliflower is an excellent source of Vitamin C, carbohydrates, Vitamin B-6 and potassium which makes it beneficial for your growth. 

Ingredients:  1 head cauliflower, 1 tbs. olive oil, 1 tsp. smoked paprika, ¾ tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. chili powder, ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper. 

Steps:

 1. You need to preheat the oven at 400 degrees. 

 2. Now, you need to remove the florets from the cauliflower head and place them in a big roasting pan. 

 3. Drizzle some olive oil and mix it around well. 

 4. Take a small bowl and stir together the rest of the ingredients. 

 5. Roast them content in the oven for 40-45 mins. 

 6. Check when the cauliflower begins to turn brown, turn on the broiler and place the cauliflower under it for at least a minute so as to dry it out. 

 7. Serve immediately.
