Did you know that avocados are considered to be one of the healthiest foods in the world? That’s why we have got for you a scrumptious and unique avocado parathas recipe. These are packed with Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, carbohydrates and dietary fibre. 

Ingredients: Ripe Avocados – 2, Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp, Salt –to taste, Garlic – 2 tbsp, minced, minced coriander – 5 sprigs, chopped, Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp, Oil – 1 tbsp, Wheat Flour– 2 cups , Additional Oil – for cooking

Steps:

1.  Peel and mash the Avocados. Mix in Lemon Juice, Salt, Garlic, Coriander, Roasted Cumin Powder & Oil. Combine.

2.  Add Flour in a little at a time and to form a dough.  Drizzle a few drops of Oil over the dough. Cover and rest for 15-20 minutes.

3.  Form balls from the dough and roll into parathas. Cook on a non-stick pan with a few drops of oil till parathas is done. Serve with raita and pickle.
