Ingredients: 1 banana, 1 cup semolina, ¼ cup grated coconut, ½ cup sugar, a pinch of salt, ½ tsp baking soda, little curd, ghee.
1. Mash a banana; you can do this either manually or by coarsely grinding it in a mixer.
2. Mix in semolina, coconut, sugar, a pinch of salt, baking soda, and little curd to make idli batter.
