1. Heat ghee, add sooji and roast until it turns brown.
2. Heat milk. Lower the flame once the milk starts to boil. Mix sugar and sooji into the milk and stir well.
3. Stir the kheer continuously until the consistency becomes thick. Add all the chopped dry fruits and mix well. Serve hot.
