Ingredients:  2 cups fresh ripe strawberries, 1 ½ cup vanilla yogurt, 2 bananas, 2 kiwis, ¼ cup honey. 

Steps:

 1. You need to first add all the ingredients in a blender in order to form a smooth content. 

 2. Take four glasses and pour the content well. 

 3. You can either refrigerate for 2-3 min or serve it immediately.
