Summer Treat - Mango Yogurt Candy
If you are looking for a healthy, sweet option then try these Mango Yogurt Candies. They are great for hot summer days and taste wonderful.
Ingredients: 2 cups of fresh yogurt, 2 ripe mangoes, and sugar.
1. Mix together fresh yogurt with mango puree (made from mangoes) in a blender. Add sugar only if the mangoes are not sweet enough.
2. Pour the above mixture into ice candy moulds and set in the freezer for 3 hours.
3. Insert wooden spoons in the mould and set again for 3-4 hours.
4. Un-mould and serve immediately.
