Sweet And Tasty Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients: 10 cups of water, 5 cups of peeled washed and thinly sliced carrots, 2 tbsp honey, 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp grated orange rind.
1. Boil water in a pan.
2. Add carrots.
3. Let the carrots boil for 20 minutes or until tender.
4. Drain the carrots and let them cool to room temperature.
5. Put the carrots in a bowl and add honey, fresh coriander, salt, and orange rind.
6. Toss well and serve fresh.
