Your child has now learnt how to use the spoon and fork and keeps looking for opportunities to master this skill. This heavenly combination of paneer, corn, and peas is the perfect dish to make your child practice his newly acquired motor skills and benefit from goodness of its nutrition.

Ingredients: 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 crushed garlic, ¼ cup of sweet corn kernels, ¼ cup of fresh peas, ½ cup water, ¼ cup of cubed fresh paneer, ¼ tsp dried Italian herbs and salt.

Steps:

1. Take a pan, add butter, sauté onion and garlic.

2. Add sweet corn kernels and fresh peas.

3. Now, add water and simmer till the corn and peas are tender.

4. Add paneer.

5. Toss and add dried Italian herbs and salt.

Serve in a bowl. Your kid is sure to love this colourful, mid meal salad.
