Tomato Carrot Soup
Tomato Carrot Soup is a marvelous recipe that will be happily savored. Thi dish can be offered either during lunch time or dinner. Tomato is an excellent source of sodium, Vitamin C and Vitamin B-6. Moreover, carrot is the other prime ingredient that provides dietary fiber, Vitamin A and potassium.
Ingredients: 2 medium carrots, 2 medium tomatoes, 1 medium onion, 2-3 large spinach leaves, 5-6 french beans, 3-4 garlic cloves chopped, ½ tsp cumin powder, 1 pinch hing, 2-3 pinches black pepper powder, 2 cups water, 1- 1 ½ tbsp butter, black salt.
1. You need to rinse the veggies and then peel carrots as well as onion. Chop them and keep aside.
2. Take a pressure cooker and add veggies along with water and chopped garlic.
3. Stir the content and pressure cook it to 2-3 whistles.
4. You can also cover the pot and allow the veggies to steam.
