Tuna and Cremed corn Macaroni
There are several transitioning phrases in a baby’s diet. One of them is the time when he is ready to eat lumpier foods. This recipe, which is made with tuna and creamed corn macaroni, is perfect for this phrase. Besides being delightfully yummy, this recipe is perfect for the post puree food stage as has Vitamin A, B-6, Iron, Zinc, Vitamin B12, protein. You can also puree this recipe anyways if you prefer that or if you want to go for a smoother consistency of the dish.
Ingredients: ½ cup uncooked macaroni pasta, 2 tsp. tinned tuna, 2 tsp. creamed corn, 2 tsp. milk, ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
1. Take a medium size saucepan and cook the pasta in it for few minutes. Once soft, drain the excess water.
2. Now, add the milk and cheese to the pasta. Continue to stir until the cheese is properly melted.
3. Add the creamed corns and tuna and serve the recipe warm.
