Pizza is something loved by all. So here's a yummy and simple pizza recipe, packed with the goodness of vitamins and minerals from assorted veggies.
Ingredients: Readymade Pizza bases – 4, 5 tomatoes, finely chopped, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoon dried herbs, salt to taste. Toppings: 1 onion, sliced, 1 capsicum, sliced, 8 or 9 olives, sliced, grated pizza cheese, as required, dried herbs, as required
1. Fry garlic, add tomatoes and cook for 45 minutes. Add the herbs, salt and pepper and simmer for 7-9 min.
2. Brush some olive oil on the pizza base and spread the tomato sauce. Top with the veggies and grated cheese.
3. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven for 1520 minutes at 200 degrees C. Serve hot.
