Ingredients:  12 eggs, 2 cups baby spinach chopped, 12 cheese slices and 12 whole wheat English muffins. 


 1. You need to spray the muffin tin using cooking spray and then pour the whisked eggs as well as veggies. 

 2. Bake the content for 20-22 mins at 350 degrees. 

 3. Assemble the sandwiches, cheese, English muffin, and egg.

 4. Wrap it in a foil to freeze the entire sandwich. In order to reheat, place the foil-wrapped sandwich in the already preheated oven managed at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
