Want to learn a unique dosa recipe? Then you need to try our yummy Vella Dosa recipe. Jaggery is highly nutritious, as it is full of minerals and also helps in digestion and cleansing the body.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour – 1 cup, Powdered Jaggery – ¾ cup, Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp, Ghee for frying, Salt to taste, Water- ½ cup

Steps:

1. Take half a cup of water and add the powdered jaggery. Heat it till the jaggery dissolves completely. Strain to remove impurities. 

2. Now add this to the wheat flour and mix with water to form a smooth Dosa batter. Add the Cardamom powder and mix well. 

3. Heat a tawa, pour a ladle full of batter and spread. Drizzle ½ tsp of ghee and let it cook. Flip over and cook on the other side. Serve with butter or ghee.
