Wholesome Chocolate Pancakes
Try these wholesome chocolate pancakes which are healthy and a sweet treat!
Ingredients: 1 egg, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup of milk, 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp sugar, a pinch of baking powder, honey, butter.
1. Beat an egg and add whole wheat flour to it.
2. Add milk and mix it thoroughly into a pancake batter consistency.
3. Dissolve cocoa powder and sugar in little milk and add it to the batter.
4. Add a pinch of baking powder, mix well and let it stay for 10 minutes.
5. Heat a small frying pan and grease it with butter.
6. Pour some batter and cook till bubbles appear.
7. Flip over and cook on the other side too.
8. Stack the pancakes and drizzle with honey.
