Yummy Tasty Vegetable Soup
Want to learn a great soup recipe? Packed with vegetables, this soup is extremely nourishing and filling and contains essential vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients: 1 cup shredded cabbage, ½ cup finely chopped carrots, ½ cup sliced mushrooms, ½ cup chopped capsicum, 1/3 cup moong sprouts, ¼ cup finely chopped french beans, ¼ cup finely chopped onion, 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic, 3 cups water, 2 teaspoon soy sauce, ½ teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon oil, salt to taste.
1. Heat oil and add onions and garlic. sauté till the onions are translucent. Add the chopped veggies and saute on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
2. Add the moong sprouts and saute for 2 minutes. Add water, soy sauce, black pepper and salt.
3. Cover the pan and simmer the soup for 10 to 11 minutes on a low to medium flame. Serve hot.
