Want to learn a very unique and yummy parathas recipe? Try out this tofu parathas. Tofu is an excellent source of calcium, protein and iron, making it an ideal dish.

Ingredients: For Dough: Wheat Flour- 1 cup, Salt - 1/2 tsp, Oil - 1 tbsp + for making parathas, Water as needed. For Stuffing: Tofu / Soya Paneer – 1 cup crumbled, Carrot - 1/2 grated finely, Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp, Cumin Powder -1 tsp, Chat Masala Powder -1.5 tsp, Salt to tast Coriander leaves / Cilantro for garnishing

Steps:

1.  Take flour, salt, oil in a bowl. Rub well so oil is mixed in with the flour. Add in water slowly and knead to a soft smooth dough. Cover the dough with a bowl and set aside for 30 mins.

2.  To make the filling, take all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 

3.  Divide the dough into small balls, stuff with the filling and roll into parathas. Cook on a hot tawa with a few drops of oil. Serve hot with curd and pickle.
