Your child is learning new words (1 to 2 words a week) and is also able to recall what he learns. By now he can point out to atleast ten different body parts. Playing body-part games will help him learn the names of different body parts in a fun and interactive way.
What you need to know
You can sing rhymes like “Head, shoulders, knees and toes” or “This is the way we touch our nose” and then replace nose by chin, head etc. You can ask him, “Dear! Show me where is your nose? And he points at his nose. You can also ask him, “Where is Mama’s nose?” He touches your nose. This way he learns about various body parts. Read to him books on different body parts.
