At this point, incorporating fun while playing and running will help your little one look forward to playtime. Parks, school playgrounds, beaches are great places for your child to explore running and other activities. Use a soft ball and play with your child involving chasing, catching, throwing and kicking the ball. Take your child to watch a game of football, cricket, tennis. Though he may not be in a position to understand the rules of the game, but you can make watching sports a memorable family experience.
